SCAFFOLDING - VERTICAL FRAME TYPE which was sent to SIRIM for load test according to JIS G A 8951-1985 Specification.
Requirement:-
  1. The minimum mean valve of the vertical frame at 900 mm min. in width and 1800 mm max. in height shall be 8000kgf.
  2. The minimum value of the vertical frame of 900mm min. in width and 18000mm max. in height shall be 7500 kgf

To errect 10m Height TOWER SCAFFFOLDING required the following :-
  1. HT 101 Vertical Frame 1219 x 1700mm STK Frame 500 = 8 units (and/or)
  2. HT 102 Vertical Frame Size : 1219 x 1524mm STK Frame 500 = 8 units
  3. HT 109 Adjusting Frame. Size : 1219 x 914mm STK Frame 500 = 4 units
  4. HT 301A Cross Brace 1829 x 1219mm - Painted = 8 units (and/or)
  5. HT 301C Cross Brace 1829 x 610mm - Painted = 8 units
  6. HT 901 Hand Rail Pole c/w extra lock pin = 4 units
  7. HT 902 Hand Rail Length : 1829mm = 6 units
  8. HT 902A Hand Rail Length : 1219mm = 6 units
  9. HT 701 Joint Pin Length : 225mm = 20 to 30 units
  10. HT 205 Walking Board GI Size : 1829 x 500mm = 2 units (Depending to your needs)
  11. HT 514B Stair GI 1829 x 1725mm = 4 units
  12. HT 486 Swivel Clamp = 4 units (to hold the G.I pipe)
  13. HT 486A GI Pipe 48.6 x 2.0mm x 6m = 4 units (To prevent the Tower Scaffolding collapse)
  14. HT 603 Caster Wheel with Brake = 4 units (Depend on your requirement)
